Scheduling

  • Your appointment is NOT confirmed until deposit is submitted. No Exceptions!

  • You will receive a confirmation page after the payment is submitted. This is the ONLY way to confirm your date/time slot. Simply put, no deposit, no confirmed appointment.

Appointments

  • Appointments are made via Zoom (online video conferencing).. You will receive a courtesy reminder of your confirmed appointment a day (24hrs) prior to your appointment. This confirmation will also remind you to remit any remaining balances.

  • Once your deposit is submitted, you will receive the necessary forms that will require completion before your confirmed session. You will email those forms at least a day (24hrs) in advance to info@youeyeus.com. This will be mutually beneficial by maximizing our session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your confirmed session, the session will be canceled and all monies will be forfeited.

  • For emergency appointments, please either use form in the Contact tab and place "Emergency Appointment" in the subject line. All emergency appointments will be assessed a $50 fee.

Payments

  • Accepted forms of payment are through PayPal. We will soon accept major credit and debit cards. Stay tuned!

  • FULL payment is made at booking or 24hrs before appointment. If not made, you, the client, forfeits BOTH appointment and deposit and must submit a new deposit for a new appointment.

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No Exceptions! Deposits can only be transferred if given a day (24hrs) notice and must be rescheduled via email to info@youeyeus.com with "Reschedule" in the subject line. Reschedule date must be within 30 days (including weekends/holidays) of the original appointment date and you may only reschedule ONCE.. Anything afterward will require a new deposit for a new appointment.
