Pronouns: She/Her

Founder, Certified Sexologist and Educator

What’s up?! I’m Nay. Native of Chicago, residing in the DMV with my AHH-mazing husband, daughter and bonus son. We enjoy lazy Sundays (especially football Sundays), long walks leading nowhere in particular and laughing till it hurts! Sex education has been a part of my life since I was younger. I would sneak to watch Dr. Ruth Westheimer when she hosted late night shows and prayed my mother wouldn’t catch me. Fast forwarding, I was reintroduced (in a more acceptable manner) and started coaching in 2010 on the flight attendant jump seat.

Credentials & Training

In addition to my Biological Sciences certificates and degrees, I received much training and immersed myself in all the books I could read to educate myself more on the topic. Trainings from nationally accredited entities like Rain Abuse National Network (RAINN), Dr. Rachel Institute of Sexology (Sexuality Coaching), Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence, National Organization for Victim Assistance and countless others. Because of this, I am a nationally certified sexuality coach, sexual assault crisis counselor and domestic violence advocate and soon a member of the illustrious American Board of Sexology and American College of Sexologists International. Currently, I am currently studying to become a Clinical Sexologist (forever learning). Primarily so that I can reach more people on a more consistent long-term basis and also, be able to accept insurance (please sign up for the mailing list… I promise I won’t work your nerve with pointless emails lol). I am an approved vendor for various school districts throughout the DMV (DC, MD & VA) that specializes in an array of topics like educating students with general sex education, consent, TDV- Teen Dating Violence and the rape culture (the commercializing of rape) to name a few. In addition to this, I love hosting fun and interactive girls/guys/non-binary gatherings, coaching singles and couples (together and individually) on sexual obstacles, sexual growth and answer many curiosity questions.

Why Is This My Passion?

For me, it’s simple. I LOVE science and sex. I love to learn, and I love to educate. I want to EMPOWER and ENCOURAGE you to learn more and do more for your sexual journey. Explore and learn about various erogenous zones, anatomical parts as well as their physiology. Know that you can move forward from a traumatizing experience. It's OK to not know or to do something that is considered "taboo" by some. It’s ok to want more for yourself and your relationships. And it's never too late to enhance your sexual experiences and to create a happy ending for yourself (no pun intended). So, let’s get intimate and create the change you are seeking.
